If you have a group of 10 to 35 people, “Chain Reaction” is an ideal tool to enhance, for example, topics such as:
Teamwork
Project management
Organisational Development
Leadership training
The entire group aims to create a domino cascade within a limited time but, as in real life, different teams work separately.
You can almost feel the tension when someone accidentally knocks a tile and, in an instant, a meticulously constructed section is destroyed. Suddenly, someone has the idea of creating “emergency” spaces by piling up a couple of wall-type tiles to stop another unintentional fall.
Everything is ready for the ultimate launch, at least three-quarters of the tokens must fall. To achieve the objective, the teams must not only have got the distance between the tokens right, but they must also have overcome various challenges such as back-and-forths, crossing points or height differences.
The key to overcoming the challenge lies in having good communication flow between sub-teams and strong leadership to guide the group.
