Behind Wind Cat Activities is Pau Marquès. With over 25 years of experience in team building, he has mastered the art of organising chaos: budgets, timings, and teams, all under control and with that touch of humour that makes tensions dissolve on their own.
She has an eye for detail and the judgment to read every situation. She combines strategy, common sense, and natural charisma that transforms any activity into a memorable team experience.
Paul doesn't just make things work. He makes them work with purpose and style.

With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and organisations, Gemma has worked with senior management teams, middle managers, and work environments in sectors as diverse as banking, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and family businesses.
Their approach combines the rigour of proven methodologies with the conviction that each team already has within it what it needs to grow. Their role is to create the space for that to emerge.
