Corporate calçotada

Grilled vegetables over open flame, showcasing a rustic outdoor cooking method.

There's one activity that Wind Cat has been doing since its inception and that never fails: the corporate calçotada. It's perhaps the most Catalan activity we have in our catalogue, and one that generates the most connection between teams.

The calçot protocol — the bib, the romesco sauce up to your elbows, the ritual of peeling and dipping — has something that breaks down hierarchies and creates instant complicity. We haven't yet seen any CEO who maintains their composure with a calçot in hand.

This year, we took a team from an international pharmaceutical company to a farmhouse in L'Alt Camp. Many of them were from outside Catalonia and it was their first calçotada. The reaction was unanimous: why hadn't they done this before?

Would you like to organise something similar?

Let's talk about your team
