Parador de Soria

When the client told us they wanted to do team building in Soria, in February, and that they wanted to stay overnight at the Parador, we knew it was going to be special.

Winter in Soria possesses an austere magic that few Spanish cities retain. The Parador, overlooking the Duero, provides an incomparable setting for a day that blends activity with reflection.

We designed a themed hiking activity through the Castilian plains with stops designed to encourage deep conversation about the team and its dynamics. In the afternoon, a Castilian cooking workshop at the Parador. In the evening, the best roast lamb that many in the group had ever tasted.

There are teams that need to get out of town to truly see themselves.
