Emotion Cards

We were asked for ideas for icebreakers with an international group of students starting a Master's degree in Barcelona, something that would be quick and effective on their first day.

We immediately offered the Metalog Training Tools EmotionCards because they're great for sparking a personal presentation in a creative way. Little works of photographic art that you instantly make your own associations with, and which serve to easily put personal feelings and experiences into words. 

We asked the boys to come to a large table where all the pictures were displayed; within minutes, they had to choose one that would help them introduce themselves, one that would provoke them to say something personal about themselves.

However, as a reference, the first thing we did was introduce ourselves, showing our image and opening up in a profound and genuine way. This fostered them to reciprocate with a similar intensity to that which we employed.
