Who killed the Head of Human Resources?

Last week we put on a great event at a client's premises. We organised a really fun detective-themed scenario, challenging several teams to investigate and solve who was guilty of murdering the HR manager.

The story generated tension from the very first moment; during the game, the crime scene was explored, evidence was examined, DNA traces and fingerprints were analysed, and a composite sketch of the killer was even drawn!

This activity enhances communication and leadership based on a storytelling that naturally involved all participants and, thanks to our actors, they became involved in teamwork, collaborative analysis, and rapid decision-making under pressure.

It's worth noting that the ending surprised everyone, no one saw it coming. We can't reveal who the murderer was, but it's worth adding that the head of HR was on holiday and no one missed her.
