Paella Contest

Last Tuesday, at the Masía Can Portell in Collserola, we had the honour of organising a paella competition with a Colombian group of around 60 participants. Divided into 6 teams, each was provided with a station containing all the necessary equipment. A central market was available to gather ingredients, and all teams received a unique recipe. Afterwards, the group tasted their own rice dishes, and under the supervision of our experts, we determined a ranking to find the best paella of the day. Cohesion, motivation, and team development.
