Graffiti Team Challenge

On Wednesday the 20th of this month, at the Parador de Gredos, we organised a graffiti and very hip-hop style team building event. Twenty participants split into four teams. Four separate work zones, a common goal, two main challenges, and a neutral zone where agreements could be negotiated and reached. At the end of the event, they delighted us with a mural and a rap representing behaviours to “foster cross-functional collaboration” and to “help others grow”. An Outdoor Training with a great atmosphere, superb camaraderie, and tremendous learning.
