Montserrat at sunset

Climbing Montserrat while it's still dark and being up there when the sun rises is one of those experiences that you don't easily forget.

We organised this activity for a management team that had been under high pressure for months and needed a reset. Early start, torch in hand, silence on the mountain and a conversation about the team's future as the sun painted the Pla de Bages.

There was no team-building exercise in the strictest sense. Just presence, nature, and time to think together. Sometimes that's exactly what a team needs.
