Plan Bs

It's going to rain? No problem, in agreement with the client, a couple or three days beforehand, a plan B is put into motion. 

That's what we did last Monday of abundant water thanks to the collaboration of the Can Sardà farmhouse, who lent us a room and we were able to challenge the group to work on a very cool indoor setup.

We use the Emotion Cards to talk about ourselves; Team2 to test the team's generosity; Systeaming to decide in perplexing situations; the Reality Check to develop a common language; the Spider Web to show trust in colleagues; and so on to the final test, the demanding Leonardo's Bridge, a great challenge that requires dealing with limited resources and showing effective interaction among attendees.

And to conclude the session, the group imagined and created a cover for a specialised industry magazine. How would you like to be seen in a year's time? What would you like to read about your work? What headline would define you as a great team?
