Viking power

Today I'll talk about one of our latest services, but in a different way, thanking the client for the detail they showed us, because it really stayed with all our staff.

We organised a gymkhana in Sitges with an Icelandic client, a group of just over 60 people who came to have a great time. On our side, we were a team of 6 instructors, spread across 5 bases in the town centre, each in charge of a challenge that the teams faced.

At the end of the activity, just after offering feedback that addressed the final classification of the competition, the client offered us a heartfelt gift. 

They treated us to their particular haka, a sort of Viking cry, a rousing speech or greeting that has become fashionable in recent times with their national sports teams. 

That was brilliant – it gave us goosebumps. It really moved us. I’m absolutely certain that my team deserves this for the passion we put into everything we do.
