I don't think we've ever enjoyed such a lengthy break; it's been more of an aqueduct with two weekends, a mini-holiday that really adds up, perfect for tackling the next two weeks, which are prime time for corporate team-building events to celebrate Christmas.
So yesterday we started organising one of the most “fashionable” activities of the season, one of the most creative events we have in our catalogue: a fashion show created by the participants themselves.
We assembled a competition of 6 teams of 10 people and challenged them to face 3 phases of the event:
- First, they received a budget to invest in a market full of essential materials to create their fashion.
- They then had to design their outfits using the materials they had acquired, as well as create and rehearse a choreography for the performance.
- And finally, we witnessed the parade of all the teams. We experienced loud cheers, raw emotions and curious situations.
This fashion show enhances creativity, teamwork, time management, role delegation, and dealing with limited resources, in addition to boosting communication and leadership skills.
Special mention for the laughter and good atmosphere we shared, pure and simple team cohesion before the Christmas dinner.
