Short Film Festival

Creative in Action

Script, camera, action — and all in a few hours. The Short Film Festival turns the team into an audiovisual producer for a day. Each group receives a genre and production conditions: they have to write, act, film, and edit a short film from scratch.

The process activates competencies that are rarely worked on together: narrative, decision-making under pressure, creative leadership, and the ability to manage very different roles within a tight timeframe.

The final festival — where all the short films are screened and awards are presented — is one of those team moments that become shared history.

How does the Short Film Festival work?

Each team receives a production brief: film genre, mandatory characters, and maximum duration. From there, everything is yours: script, casting, directing, and editing. At the end of the day, all the short films are projected together and a jury awards prizes by category.

What is this activity working on within the team?

Collective creativity, role management under pressure, and the ability to make quick decisions. Working in an unfamiliar format forces trust in others and the discovery of hidden talents within the team.

What kind of company or team is it ideal for?

Teams that enjoy creative challenges and want a different, memorable experience with a tangible, lasting result. It works especially well with multidisciplinary teams.
