Multichallenge

🏆 Team Challenges

Multiple challenges, one objective: to energise the team. The Multichallenge is the most versatile format in our catalogue – a series of tests designed so that every profile in your team can find their moment to shine. There are physical, mental, coordination, and strategy challenges. Some will push the most competitive to their limits. Others will surprise those who had never seen themselves as leaders.

How does the Multichallenge work?

The team splits into groups that rotate through different challenge stations. Each station presents a distinct challenge: building, communicating, planning, or executing under time pressure. There isn't a single way to win – scores accumulate across challenges and the final ranking depends on how the entire group manages its resources throughout the day.

The format is adaptable: it can be carried out outdoors or indoors, as a half-day or full-day activity, and the level of physical exertion is calibrated according to the team's profile.

What is this activity working on within the team?

The Multichallenge doesn't measure who is the fastest or strongest. It measures how the group organises itself, communicates in real time, and makes decisions under pressure. Real patterns emerge in each challenge: who leads in situations of uncertainty, who supports the group when pressure mounts, and how collective errors are managed.

The outcome is not decided by an individual. It's decided by the quality of the collaboration — and that's precisely what the Multichallenge brings to the table.

What kind of company or team is it ideal for?

El Multichallenge works particularly well with teams that have been working together for a while and want to see themselves from a different angle, with large groups that need an activity that engages all profiles, and with companies that want to combine competition, cohesion, and fun in a single format.

It is also a solid option for corporate events, conventions, or motivational days where an experience with structure and purpose is sought.
