Building a team and a sense of belonging

Fantastic team building carried out last Thursday, the kind that gives you goosebumps, creating team spirit and a sense of belonging in capital letters. A fantastic session led by my partner Gemma Mateu, cohesing and aligning a young team that, even though they are from the same department, do not work side-by-side on a day-to-day basis. 

We work from the role and the person, improving empathy, trust and visualising the value contribution of each team member. 
We used Systemic Facilitation dynamics that allowed us to improve communication, foster collaboration, increase efficiency, strengthen team dynamics, enhance creativity and innovation, and efficiently manage some conflicts. 
We worked with the Relational Styles Bridge Model, which allowed us to identify our own relational style and that of our colleagues, discovering the impact we have on others and learning to improve it.
· We generate a Team Alliance and visualise where we want to go, what team we want to become, creating a cover page of how they wish to be seen in 5 years with the client as the focus.
