It was an express request from the client after having enjoyed a rotation of challenges in teams last year. This year they insisted on doing something similar and, after a period of meetings and brainstorming, one day they told us they wanted to carry out this activity.
So last Friday we went ahead with it, we recreated a team competition simulating the TV series Squid Game. But, unlike the fictional series, here no one kicked the bucket or was eliminated; a mistake meant the team had to start from scratch, always with the chance to make a comeback.
Each team started with a sum of 800 points, and those who did not win a challenge lost a significant number of points. At the end of the morning, only one team could remain as champion, the one that had best known how to collaborate, cooperate, and work as a team.
The truth is our staff had a great time dressed up as characters from the Korean series, acting as dangerous vigilantes under the command of an evil leader.
