Adapting to the customer (17 June 2025)

One of our obligations is to adapt to the client's needs; their meetings and unforeseen circumstances are what ultimately shape the development of our activity, no matter how much we have it planned in one way.

Last week the client was about forty minutes late while we were thinking about how to modify the service. And I say “thinking” because there's no point in making too many calculations until they are ready to start, it's always necessary to check what time everything begins, but also what time they want to finish.

So we improvised the Mega Skies race, which we usually do in turns. This time, to save time, we turned it into a final sprint with all 90 participants at once.

We gathered the 24 members from two teams who were scheduled to relieve each other in assigned boxes to carry out the changes, and the result was a spectacular race, a fun way to finish the team-building with the entire group together.
