Put on a brave face when things are tough.

“When the going gets tough, the tough get going,” that's what this wonderful group of young people from a business school in Barcelona did last Friday. It rained non-stop all morning, but they donned their raincoats and… enjoyed the day! 

This prestigious business school in Barcelona provides us with several groups of participants from various Masters programmes at the start of each academic year. The success of the formula lies in the fact that they get to know each other during this day, and once in the classroom, from the second day onwards, the ice between the students is well and truly broken.

Communication, leadership, coordination and strategy are some of the skills needed in the search for the best team to overcome the challenges we set them. And at the end of the meal, we carried out some fun feedback sessions, discussing the strengths of each team.
