Glamping in Sitges

The last team-building activity of this season to kick off another Master's degree, in this case in Hotel Business Management. It's a foolproof way to break the ice and bring together a group of young people who will be sharing a long academic year.

We spent two days staying at Glamping Garrofer in Sitges, where we carried out our usual rotation of challenges that enhance communication and leadership, in addition to another original test where they created short films describing how they believe future relationships with clients, suppliers, or between departments within hotel companies will be.
