Yesterday we treated ourselves. We attended the 'Club Bilderberg' of biodynamic wines. Barcelona hosted the La Renaissance des Appellations group, a gathering of 44 estates or vineyards dedicated body and soul to biodynamic vine cultivation. This group was created in 2001 and currently has 175 winegrowers from 13 different countries. Each year, 4 or 5 tastings are organised worldwide for professionals, and we (who are nothing more than simple but passionate amateurs) had the pleasure of tasting wines that understand and judiciously use the forces that give life to the Earth.
