Winemaker for the day

Subject to the season dedicated to grape harvesting (late summer and early autumn), we propose an introduction to the world of the wine harvest. First, we carry out the grape harvest and crush the grapes. Then, we challenge participants to work as a team, becoming winemakers for a day, delving into this curious world, aiming to produce and “convince” with their own wines.
