Winemaker for the day

Everyone knows about organic wines, but most people are unaware of what biodynamic wines are. A client tasked us with arranging a team-building event for them, and with the help of Rubèn Parera (winegrower and winemaker), we organised a Winemaker for the day unforgettable. CLAR, the flagship wine from Finca Parera, served as our benchmark, enabling the teams to blend three different grapes in an effort to create their own wine. They christened it, set its price, and then had to defend before everyone why their creation was the best. An ideal activity for team cohesion and motivation, all while discovering this fascinating world.
