We love using the Tower of Power in our training. It's a clear metaphor for the challenge of perceiving and even increasing objectives. It can only be overcome through precise planning, good communication, and with a well-organised team.

This group dynamic can be used to identify interdependence in systems, face risks, provide feedback, enhance effective communication, foster cooperation, be an active listener, maintain balance, simulate strategic planning, and work under pressure.
