Last week we went to Sigüenza, a medieval town in the province of Guadalajara that you can't get enough of. There are unforgettable locations and, as we love to take advantage of events to get to know places, the previous afternoon we were strolling and enjoying its gastronomic delights.
And then there's the venue where the activity took place. The client had the magnificent taste to book the Parador, a medieval 12th-century castle set within an Arab alcazaba – we're talking nine centuries of history in its stones. I'd like to take this opportunity to highlight the hotel staff; a wonderful team who facilitated and helped us throughout the entire process of carrying out our work. From these lines, I would like to thank Abel Castilla, responsible for the MICE area at the Parador, for your collaboration.
And with this wrap-up… the activity is a guaranteed success, there’s no other way. Three subgroups agreed on how to create a graffiti mural that reflected how they wished to be seen in the sector in a few years. The originality led them to put the mural together vertically, which had never happened before in any of our Graffiti Team Challenges. And, in parallel, they also created a hip hop that highlighted the company’s values.
More things, it's impossible to ignore it, what a fantastic group of participants!, what a pleasure of a team!, the kind of team that, even if you don't want to, you'll catch the bug to enjoy the day.
And to finish, in a post with so many thank yous, we couldn't forget about NKIP Consulting, a training and human resources consultant, none of this would have been possible without them, so many thanks to their partner Esther Polo Thanks for being with us, you guys are brilliant.
