Making of Lipdub

This is probably the ultimate example of teamwork from all our team-building activities.

We love to foster communication and leadership, but at this event, the teamwork of the whole group reached its peak expression, as there is a common end goal for all participants: to create a music video.

We challenged a group from the cosmetics sector to create, in a single morning, a lip-dub to the theme “Maquíllate” by the pop band Mecano, a very fitting musical choice, it must be said.

Five subgroups were organised and each worked separately on about 30 seconds of the song, creating their own style, movements, and specific props and make-up.

At the end of the morning, our cameraman shot in one go, putting together the performance of all the groups.

The participants' satisfactory reaction when they saw the final recording was priceless, as was the pride in the exquisite teamwork developed, and the significant sense of brand belonging.
