Hotel Montanyà

It had been many years since we last visited the Montanyà hotel. I remember we organised a few team-building events there back in the day, so we're really pleased to have had the opportunity to return.

We were there last Thursday, leading an activity for a group of 80 people and, luckily, this hotel has a fantastic sports hall which means you don't have to worry about the weather.

Although we know how fortunate we are with the climate we enjoy, which greatly benefits our sector, we spend the year looking at the weather forecast as our events approach. This time, we were very calm, knowing that we had the impressive facilities of a multi-purpose room at this traditional mountain resort.

So, we'll stick to our guns, building a team with tests that foster teamwork, communication, and leadership. Many thanks to Alex Barange Thank you for having us, we made a great team by joining forces.
