
Last Thursday, we were with worldwide participants from DSM Sinochem working in teams to become winemakers for a day. First, we introduced them to the curious world of wine and biodynamic agriculture, then we challenged them to create the best blend of the day (and to convince our jury that they were looking at the best creation from this particular team-building exercise), and finally, we held a spectacular lunch featuring produce from the vegetable garden and the products grown on this estate's mixed cultivation farm. In the photo, we see all the attendees showing the diploma that winemaker Ruben Parera presented for their passionate participation.
