🍷 The Awakening of the Senses
From the vineyard to the glass, with hands in the dough. Winemaker for a Day takes the team to experience the winemaking process from within: harvesting, grape selection, treading, and the art of the final blend.
A day in a real wine-growing environment that connects the group to the territory, manual labour and wine culture.
The team creates their own assembly, labels it with their name, and takes it away – a unique memento of the day.
How does Winemaker for a Day work?
The day takes place at a partner winery or vineyard. The team participates in seasonal activities: harvesting, selecting, treading, or blending grapes. A winemaker explains each stage and guides the final tasting where the team chooses their personal blend. The bottles are labelled and given to the group.
What is this activity working on within the team?
Shared physical labour, collective sensory criteria, and the ability to reach a consensus on something as personal as taste. A day in the vineyard sparks conversations and connections of a different quality to the usual work environment.
What kind of company or team is it ideal for?
Businesses with a culture of quality and enjoyment that want a premium experience linked to the territory. Especially recommended for management teams, client events, or celebrations of significant milestones.
