Gin, vermouth, bitters and the team behind the bar. El Taller de Cocktails turns the group into bartenders for an afternoon: they learn basic cocktail-making techniques and compete to create the best cocktail of the event.

A relaxed and very social activity that combines technical learning with fun and informal networking.

Each team creates their cocktail with a name, backstory, and presentation – and the judges decide the winner.

How does the Cocktail Workshop work?

A professional bartender introduces the basic techniques: shaker, measures, layers, garnish. Following guided practice, each team has time to create their own cocktail with the available ingredients. The final presentation includes the cocktail's name, concept, and story to the judges.

Creativity with restrictions, the ability to build a narrative around a product, and working in informal environments. The cocktail bar is one of the best settings for genuine networking.
