How does Environmental Volunteering work?

The team travels to the selected natural space with all the necessary equipment: gloves, bags, tools. They organise themselves into groups with assigned zones, and at the end, everything collected is weighed and measured. The data is shared with the company as a tangible result of the day.

What is this activity working on within the team?

Shared purpose, collective physical work, and the satisfaction of contributing to something bigger than the company. Seeing the tangible outcome of the action — kilograms of waste, metres of clean beach — generates team pride that is difficult to replicate in other formats.
