How does the Food Bank operate?

Depending on the chosen option, the team works on collecting agricultural surplus in the field or on sorting and packaging in a warehouse. The entire process is coordinated with food banks or local organisations. In the end, the impact is quantified: kilos recovered and families benefited.

Collective physical work, shared purpose and perspective. Working shoulder-to-shoulder on a concrete task with real impact generates more authentic bonds than many office dynamics.
