Agroecological Days

Hands in the earth and the team on what matters. The Agroecological Days lead the group to work alongside local farmers on seasonal tasks: sowing, harvesting, pruning, or caring for organic crops.

A real work day in the field that connects the team with the origin of food and with the people who produce it.

A slow, physical and deeply satisfying experience that contrasts with, and complements, the usual pace of corporate life.

How do the Agroecological Days work?

The team arrives at the agroecological farm and works alongside the farmers on the day's tasks: planting, harvesting, pruning, composting. The farmers themselves explain the ecological production model and its relationship with the land. The day concludes with a meal made with produce from the farm.

What is this activity working on within the team?

Connecting with the essential, shared physical labour and gratitude. Working the land with one's hands generates conversations and bonds of a different quality to those that emerge in habitual work contexts.
