Yesterday, we brought together 80 participants from a Nordic company. After a welcome drink, we divided them into teams and explained what calçots are. Then, we challenged them to cook and eat them the way we do. We even dared them to make romesco sauce (watch out!, the organisation had a spare one just in case). What was the result? A fun and gastronomic team building event, deeply rooted in our land's culture. A very amusing activity, seeing how foreigners handled the calçots to manage eating them. Quite a challenge. Thank goodness for the bibs per customer. Essential to save on dry cleaning.
