Graffiti Team Challenge

Yesterday, and after three hours of classroom training led by my colleague Gemma Mateu, our client enjoyed a witty and very aesthetic activity. We divided the group into three parts based on their length of service in the team. Separately, they had to graffiti a part of a mural that told the company's story. And since they worked separately, they first had to negotiate how they were going to link and make sense of the work they had done. In the end, they created a very cool mural that represented the company's past, present, and future. And to complete the activity, we challenged them to create a rap that also explained the company's evolution. In short, yesterday we enjoyed a very powerful and fun activity to conclude a fruitful training day. Wind Cat Activities: for team building and motivation
