Via Ferrata Gorgues de Saleny

This week we took a small group to this via ferrata in Santa Cristina d’Aró (Baix Empordà). It’s our favourite because no prior experience is needed, just a great desire to have fun. It’s perfect for beginners due to its low difficulty, ideal for corporate groups. Plus, you can leave at any point as it has various escape routes. But the best part is that it’s very beautiful because the route is entirely above the gorge. We started with a short trek through the woods and visited the Font de Panedes. It’s curious because it feels like you’re in the middle of a jungle when you’re actually very close to the beach. The group was delighted with this brilliant and safe way to get started in this mountain activity.
