Team Challenge in Kauai

Last Thursday, while we had a group on the beach, 500 metres away we were with another company at the outdoor facilities of Rte Kauai in Gavá Mar. In this case, there were 60 people who came to earn their meal by competing in teams in a series of team-building challenges. We checked who were the ones that best worked as a team, who coordinated best, those who benefited from better leadership, or those who knew how to leverage effective communication.
