Breaking the ice

It is a tremendous honour that they count on us year after year; we have been contributing our team-building dynamics for over a decade to inaugurate various Masters programmes at a business school in Barcelona. 

Young people coming to settle in our city to graduate from specialisation courses in various subjects.

On the first day, you get to know us, a successful and original way to connect with the colleagues with whom you will be sharing the entire next academic year.

A day that also serves for the directors of each postgraduate course to get to know their students, seeing them for the first time navigating individual and group development tools, working on communication, leadership, activities that enhance teamwork, and that, at the same time, invigorate the preliminary session of the course with one main objective: to break the ice.

Through experiential learning, we leave our mark, and last Monday, we did so with 120 students at once from 11 different Masters degrees.
