Breaking the ice

Every September, we organise activities to help students starting their various Master's programmes in our city get to know each other at a business school in Barcelona. 

On this occasion, last Friday, it was the first day for the students of the Global Business Management Master's degree, and they introduced themselves by carrying out a creative and fun activity that fosters teamwork.

We divided them into teams and challenged them to record a short film with a general theme: “With the development of AI, how do you see the Business Management of the future?” After lunch we watched the videos and presented some very well-received Oscars. 

This activity promotes communication and generates a very healthy atmosphere, but the best part was that it was these young people's first day together, and by the end of the team building, it was a pleasure to see the personal relationships that had been created in just a few hours.

Objective achieved, we've broken the ice to start the academic year on the right foot.
