Viking Rafting

Last Friday we relaunched one of our craziest challenges, one we hadn't used since before the pandemic.

The name “Viking Rafting” occurred to us many years ago, when we read that the Vikings used to make river raids along the courses that flowed into the Baltic, and that they also ventured inland by carrying their ships on their backs.

This topic came up one day during one of our internal meals and, quickly, someone from the team had the idea to carry out this activity disguised as a Viking legend. This is how we explained it to the clients and, with good facilitation and dynamics, the participants transform as if they were Ragnar Lodbrok or Erik the Red himself.
