Charity Paella

Fourth edition of a solidarity paella fundraiser, an act of solidarity that is repeated and which only the pandemic has halted us from organising this event. Once again, this past Sunday, we cooperated to make this manoeuvre a reality together with the client, their staff and their families. 

The system is very straightforward. With the help of all the workers, we organised a large paella for around 200 diners. While we took care of cooking the rice, everyone else pitched in with tasks, from preparing ingredients, moving tables, collecting plates, or handling the salads – pure teamwork. Then, €10 was collected per meal, the amount was added to the company's initial contribution, and the total proceeds were donated to a local charity chosen by the customer. 

A touching Family Day that serves to bring the team and their families together, but above all to carry out a much-anticipated act of solidarity in the neighbourhood for an association dedicated to homeless women.
