Multichallenge

Yesterday, we travelled to the Hotel Mas Solà in Santa Coloma de Farners, with a company that trusted us to incentivise 30 of their engineers. We organised them into 4 groups and challenged them to demonstrate which one was the best at teamwork. A team-building challenge competition that brought out the best in each of them. We recognised latent leadership in some of the participants; at times there was effective communication, balancing listening and persuasion correctly; also excellent coordination, often simulating strategic planning. We ended up building catapults that launched eggs, to finish the competition with the Julius Caesar tournament. And then to lunch… they had earned it!.
