Women fighting

Wind Cat Activities is surrounded by tremendously valuable women for our project. A partner who pulls the cart, several invaluable project managers, and many facilitators who are pure life. To all of them, we dedicate this video poem ”Compañeras”, included in the book ”Todos mis futuros son contigo” by Marwan. So much strength in such a small space, simply marvellous.

From the male side of our company, we undoubtedly advocate for a more humane world, and we think that the female character is much more fluid, healing, and collaborative.

It's not just about reducing the gender gap. We need more. At the family level, they already lead us in many cases, however, parity in business management is urgent, and even equivalence in governments that can offer us a more progressive vision towards a welfare state that currently leaves a lot to be desired. And it's because we men have already lost credibility, we've squandered countless opportunities. It's time to evolve and transform the world, seeking a balance and creativity that only seems possible if they are in charge.
