More beach! but please with plenty of water. We were recently with a group in Castelldefels and the only way to bear the heat was by combining some activities on the sand with water sports, always in regular contact with the sea.
We did a team relay in kayaks, or a big paddle race, but we also set up an activity we called nautical yellow humour.
This consists of a pair of piers extending from the bank, joined together with paddleboards, and at the end of the course, a round base as a target. Participants, in turns, would try to reach it before their rivals and, once there, the challenge was to make the rival lose their balance, without touching each other, using only body sway.
