And more on the Red Cross. If a few days ago we published a short film where we found Santa Claus in a state of shock in a war zone, now we feel like mentioning another equally cruel campaign.
In June 2018, the Spanish short film Hope won the grand prize at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the most important in the world.
The campaign for the International Committee of the Red Cross offers us a harrowing account of a global reality. The NGO aims to raise awareness of zones of armed conflict and influence those responsible within a war to take action. They may not achieve this, but they do succeed in bringing the day-to-day reality of a war zone closer to the audience.
