When managing a large group on a quad excursion, there's no choice but to use private land, given the refusal of public parks to allow a high number of vehicles to operate, combined with access restrictions due to the rampant drought we're experiencing and the risk of fires.

So last week we headed to a country estate in Cervelló, a municipality in Baix Llobregat, a farmhouse very close to Barcelona. They were happy to bill for the group's breakfast and lunch, and we were delighted with the hectares of woodland at our disposal.
