Farinato Race

On December 2nd in Jarama, Madrid, our partners Coaching and Clownching, a company led by executive Sergio de Miguel, will be holding the Farinato Race Team Building.

A powerful tool that accelerates team cohesion. A challenge aimed at corporations looking to evolve into high-performance teams.

We work on fundamental values to improve cohesion and integration: empathy, humility, generosity, collaboration, awareness that the team is greater than the sum of its parts, respect, mutual admiration, etc.

Both for natural teams (within the same area) and for cross-functional teams (from different areas and with different managers), this challenge provides an opportunity to evolve at the moment collaboration and teamwork are needed.
