How does a Via Ferrata work?

After having been fully equipped (harness, helmet, via ferrata kit) and receiving safety instructions, the group ascends in small teams with a guide. The route is adapted to the group's level: there are low, medium, and high difficulty routes. The guides supervise at all times and offer support to those who need it.
