How does Multiaventura work?

The group accesses the adventure park with specialist guides. Participants are equipped with harnesses and helmets and choose from different circuits according to their level. The day includes high-ropes courses, zip lines and other park activities, with technical supervision at all times.

What is this activity working on within the team?

Personal development, mutual support and discovering facets of colleagues that don't emerge in the workplace. Encouraging someone to take the leap on a zip line is one of the most direct gestures of trust there is.
