Hip Hop Challenge

We focus on the urban music genre known as rap, challenging the teams to create a part of the chosen rhythmic base. Finally, we will put together the lyrics of all the groups and record the performance to have an unbeatable memory of the teamwork developed.

The activity breaks down inhibitions very effectively. The artistic and urban format creates a space where hierarchy disappears and authenticity emerges.

The outcome is a collective performance that no one expected to be capable of—and that becomes a shared benchmark.

How does the Hip Hop Team Challenge work?

The group divides into teams and each one takes charge of a part of a song, they must create their verses and rehearse them, at the end of the event all the teams bring their creations together and perform them.

What is this activity working on within the team?

Overcoming the shame, active listening and collective rhythm. Creating something artistic together in a short amount of time generates a complicity that is difficult to achieve with other dynamics.
