Creative in Action
Engineering, speed, and pit stop strategy. The Formula Team turns the team into a Formula 1 racing squad: they design the race strategy, coordinate wheel changes, and compete against other teams on a modified circuit.
The activity transfers the pressure and precision of motorsport to the corporate team context: every second counts and communication between roles is crucial.
An adrenaline-fuelled experience that works on coordination and real-time decision-making.
How does the Formula Team work?
Teams become racing outfits with defined roles: technical director, mechanics, strategists and driver. They compete in timed events of pit stops, aerodynamic design and race strategy. Points are accumulated in a real-time leaderboard.
What is this activity working on within the team?
Precision in execution, communication under pressure, and the interdependence of roles. A coordination error in a pit stop has immediate and visible consequences – generating very direct learning about how the team works.
What kind of company or team is it ideal for?
Teams with a technical or managerial profile who enjoy challenges of precision and strategy. It also works very well with sales or commercial teams who need competitive energy channelled positively.
